IMPROV for Business
Improv is a great team-building activity that teaches people while they are enjoying themselves!
- A positive attitude - A positive attitude starts with "Yes, and" which is also the premise for Improv. The best Improv is full of creative, positive thoughts and ideas.
- Personal communication skills - Improved communication starts with learning to trust yourself and others. Improv helps participants to learn how to follow their instincts and respond creatively to challenges.
- How to listen - In order to create a successful Improv scene, the players must listen closely to each other. Improv is about making your partner more important than you.
- Don't fear failure - In Improv, failure is not the enemy - fear is! Improv helps to build confidence as people learn how to think on their feet.
